If you have any problems with our fonts, you can send us an email or tweet and we will try to help you out. Before going to all that trouble you could also take a look at the frequently asked questions below.

Can I test the font before I buy it

Try before you buy! Every font we sell either has a sample or free version you can use on your desktop computer.

Which payment methods are there?

You can buy our fonts with PayPal. Don't have an account, don't worry. You can use PayPal as a guest. Simply follow the instructions and check out with your creditcard.

I accidentally threw away my font file, now what?

Shame on you for not backing up the font file. But seriously we know these things happen, so we'll do our best to sort things out.

Please contact us at hello@regularbolditalic.com and mention both your PayPal account and typeface that you purchased.

How do I install the font?

That all depends on the font program you use. We can only tell you the basics, but that will probably do the trick if you have this question.

If you have a Mac and did not install anything for your fonts you probably have fontbook.

If you use a Microsoft computer just right-click the font file and press install.

Can I get a refund of my purchase?

That's a bit of a pickle. Our fonts are not refundable or returnable, simply because there's no guarantee for us that you actually removed our font.

If you have proof and can show us that the font file doesn't work, contact us at hello@regularbolditalic.com and we'll find you a proper solution.

Standard License is for up to three computers and I want more!

The buying format for this site is targeted on little personal and commercial projects. In case you need a bigger license, just shoot us an email with the numbers you need and we'll make you a custom order just for you. Quantity discounts included!

Can I use the font for web?

Yes you can. When you download one of our typefaces, you'll find both a desktop and webkit. The webkit includes all the files you'll need for designing your webpage.

What about sales and discounts

We often have special prices and temporary discounts. We communicate these special prices at our Twitter or Facebook page.

New update?

We occasionally update our typefaces. Updates are free with every purchase. If we update our font, you'll automatically get an email from us with a link to the new file.
